I was on Instagram last week, and Caggie Dunlop popped up with baby photos. Caggie from Made In Chelsea? The blonde one who had that whole thing with Spencer Matthews? She’s a mum now? When did all this happen?
It got me thinking, how old is Caggie Dunlop, for goodness’ sake? It feels like yesterday when she was on my telly every Monday night. Then I worked it out. Made In Chelsea began in 2011. That was 14 years ago. Christ, I feel old.
Caggie was born on 1st May 1989. She’s 36 now. And yeah, she just had a baby at 35, which is absolutely normal these days, regardless of what your nan told you about leaving it too late.
Remember Her From Made In Chelsea?
Caggie was one of the originals when Made in Chelsea first aired. She was 22. Caggie Dunlop’s parents, her dad, Ross, was in business, and her mum, Sarah, is a playwright. She was raised in Fulham. Not even Chelsea. A bit ironic, really.
Her actual name is Catherine, but when she and her older brother were little, he couldn’t say it right; hence, Caggie. Quite cute, that.

She went to posh schools. The Harrodian. Wellington College. Then Lee Strasberg in New York, since she wanted to be an actress. Reality TV wasn’t the plan. But Made In Chelsea happened. That Spencer Matthews drama was the making of her. Three rounds of “Does he like me? Does he not?” Half the country shouting at their tellies like, “Caggie, just dump him!” She left in 2012 after three series, which turned out to be a very smart move.
What She Did After
Caggie went to LA. Dabbled in music for a while and released some singles. One titled “I Wish You Knew” was actually not terrible. Did some acting as well in small films, nothing major.
But then she went in a completely different direction. Got really into astrology and wellness stuff. In 2023, she published a book titled “Saturn Returns: Your Cosmic Coming of Age”. I think it’s that astrology thing where Saturn returns to the spot where it was when you were born, around age 29. It’s supposed to be this huge life transition moment.
The book got good reviews. People told me it was actually helpful, not just astrology waffle. She also started a podcast called Saturn Returns and went on to found Saturn Returns Co. Caggie Dunlop’s family net worth is around £1 million from all this, plus her old TV money.
The Relationship Question
Right, so is Caggie Dunlop married? No. Is Caggie Dunlop in a relationship? Yeah, with Tom Liddell.
Caggie Dunlop Tom Liddell have been together a while now. He’s a musician. She kept it quite private until recently.
Tom was not the first person she dated. Scott Sullivan in 2015. Danny Cipriani, the rugby player. Thom Evans, another rugby player. She’s got a type, apparently. I’d heard mutterings about Harry Styles from One Direction, too, although nothing had ever been confirmed.
It’s Spencer Matthews that everyone remembers, though. That relationship was mental. Off, on, him cheating, her forgiving him, repeat. We watched the entire thing on Made In Chelsea. When you reflect on it, you might wonder, “Why did she tolerate that?” However, we’ve all made some unwise relationship choices at 22, haven’t we?
She and Spencer are still mates, though. She said in 2019, she’s proud of how he’s grown up since having kids. That’s quite mature. Most exes wouldn’t say that.
The Baby
In February 2025, Caggie revealed that she was pregnant. For six months, she’d kept it to herself. Shared a video on Instagram with her bump and clips with Tom.
She posted on Instagram, “Our little spirit baby is coming this May!! Another Taurus, like me. I still can’t quite believe it’s true.”

Caggie Dunlop children – she’s got one now. She gave birth to a baby girl at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in June 2025. Caggie Dunlop’s baby daddy is Tom Liddell. They called her Lola Violet Liddell. Lovely name.
The birth was not what had been planned. She posted about it, saying, “My birth didn’t go the way I’d planned, but I believe I had the birth I was meant to have.” The midwives were apparently brilliant.
She’s been so brutally honest about motherhood, too. Shared “deep in the newborn trenches” and the “hormone crash” and how knackering it all is. Said she was trying to “keep her head above water.” That’s refreshing. Most celebrities post perfect pictures pretending everything’s lovely. Caggie’s keeping it real.
Where She Is Now
Caggie used to live in LA. She spent years in LA trying to make it. But she’s back in London now, with the baby.
Her best mate is still Millie Mackintosh from Made In Chelsea. They are still close to this day. Caggie was Millie’s bridesmaid when she wed Hugo Taylor in 2018. That is true friendship that stands the test of all the TV drama.
Caggie Dunlop’s parents are now living on the Isle of Wight. She visits them there. Can’t blame them for leaving London.
How She’s Different Now
As for when you find yourself asking How old is Caggie Dunlop, and on reflection, compare her now to Made In Chelsea 2011, it’s more than a matter of her being that little bit older. Yeah, she’s 35 instead of 22. But it’s more than that.
The Made In Chelsea Caggie was this little girl embroiled in Spencer Matthews’ world, serenading her songs and looking beautiful but confused. The Caggie now has written a book, built a business and has a baby, and it appears she knows who she is.
She’s not trying to stay relevant and appear on every reality show reunion ever. She’s just living her life. Running her business. Raising her daughter. That’s quite rare for reality TV people.
Made In Chelsea Reunion
There was like this Made In Chelsea reunion thing recently called Beyond Chelsea. Caggie wasn’t in it much. Some of the originals, like Binky, Millie and Lucy, were quite involved. Caggie kept her distance.
She has previously said she doesn’t watch Made In Chelsea any longer and doesn’t know what’s going on with the show.

She’s moved on. Can’t blame her. That show’s 14 years on. How many times can we watch rich people squabble about who kissed whom?
My Take
When I looked into how old is Caggie Dunlop, I expected another reality TV person still milking their fame. Someone is doing sponsored posts for dodgy diet pills or appearing on Celebrity Big Brother.
That’s not what I found. I found someone who grew up and did something with their life. Who took the platform TV gave her and built something meaningful. Who had a baby at 35 and is being honest about how hard it is.
She’s 35. She’s a mum. She’s an author. She’s an entrepreneur. She’s kept real friendships from her TV days. She seems genuinely happy.
That’s rare in reality TV. Most Made In Chelsea people are still living off that fame 14 years later. Still doing club appearances and Instagram sponsorships. Still trying to stay relevant.
Caggie just got on with her life. That’s probably the smartest thing anyone from that show ever did.
So yeah, how old is Caggie Dunlop? She’s 35, turning 36 in May 2026. But more importantly, she figured out who she was beyond reality TV and became that person. That’s worth more than Instagram followers.
